A personal approach to fitness and wellbeing
With over ten years of experience in the fitness industry teaching high impact classes, I began suffering back pain that left me unable to teach as much as I wanted. I had read about the benefits of Pilates and once I tried it I was hooked. Soon my back pain was gone and I was feeling physically and mentally stronger.
I began teaching Fitness Pilates seven years ago and I still go into every class with that same feeling of excitement as I did the very first time. My commitment to education and training is a never-ending process and I have recently qualified in Fitness Yoga.
